Tutorial: Make an old computer boot from an OS on an NVMe SSD

Computers and servers made before NVMe SSDs existed often don’t support booting from NVMe drives via their BIOS configuration. This tutorial covers how to create a USB drive with a Boot Manager installed on it such that you can use the boot manager to boot from the NVMe SSD.
This tutorial uses Clover v5150 as the Boot Manager. rEFInd is an alternative Boot Manager, but I was unable to get it to work.
